Jingyin Tang wins NSF Travel Grant and travelled to Orlando, FL to attend the ACM SigSpatial GIS conference
Tang received the following award and attended the conference in October, 2013. As part of NSF’s commitment to maintain United States’ research competitiveness in important areas of Science and Technology, the organizers of ACM SIGSPATIAL 2013 are pleased to announce the 2013 ACM SIGSPATIAL GIS NSF Student Travel Grants to encourage more computer science students both at the graduate and undergraduate levels to attend and participate in the ACM SIGSPATIAL GIS 2013 Conference. Each travel award will cover up to $1000 USD towards conference-travel related costs.
